Upgrading to Pro or Agency
Upgrading unlocks additional tools, removes free-tier limits, and adds integrations. This page walks you through the purchase and activation process.
Purchasing a License
Visit wpnoted.com/pricing to compare the Pro and Agency tiers. Choose the plan that fits your needs and complete the checkout. You will receive a license key via email after your purchase is confirmed.
Entering Your License Key
- In your WordPress admin, go to Noted > Settings > License.
- Paste the license key from your email into the key field.
- Click Activate License.
NotedWP contacts the update server and validates your key with LemonSqueezy. If everything checks out, your tier is activated immediately.
Activation Limits
- Pro: Up to 3 site activations per license key.
- Agency: Unlimited site activations.
Each site you activate consumes one slot. See Managing Site Activations for details on freeing slots and handling limits.
What Changes After Activation
Features unlock the moment your license is activated. You do not need to reload the page or restart anything.
Overlay Changes
- New tools appear in the toolbar (drawing, text edits, depending on your tier).
- The remaining pins counter disappears (no pin limit on paid plans).
- All pages become reviewable (homepage restriction is lifted).
Admin Changes
- Your tier name (Pro or Agency) appears as a badge in the dashboard sidebar.
- Integration options become available under Noted > Integrations.
- Locked features (priority labels, internal pins, bulk resolve, advanced shortcuts) are enabled.
- Agency-specific settings (White-Label Mode, Custom Logo) appear in the General tab if you activated an Agency license.
