Dashboard Overview

The NotedWP dashboard is your central hub for tracking feedback. You can access it at Noted > Dashboard in the WordPress admin menu.

Stat Cards

Four stat cards sit at the top of the dashboard. Each gives you a quick pulse on your feedback activity.

  • Open Pins shows the total number of unresolved pins.
  • Resolved shows how many pins have been marked as resolved.
  • Pages Reviewed shows the number of distinct pages that have at least one pin.
  • This Week shows how many new pins were created in the last seven days.

These numbers update each time you load the dashboard.

Quick Actions

Below the stat cards, three quick action buttons help you jump straight into common tasks.

Start Reviewing

Opens the front end of your site with the NotedWP overlay active, so you can begin placing pins immediately.

View Pages

Takes you to the Pages list, where you can see every reviewed page along with its feedback count.

View All Feedback

Opens the full Feedback list in the admin, where you can search, filter, and manage every pin.

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed shows a chronological list of the latest feedback events. You will see new pins, replies, and status changes as they happen. Each entry includes the pin title, the page it belongs to, the reviewer name, and a timestamp.

Current Plan Sidebar

On the right side of the dashboard, the Current Plan sidebar displays your active tier (Free, Pro, or Agency) along with the features available at that level.

Remaining Pins (Free Tier)

If you are on the free tier, this sidebar also shows your remaining pin count out of the 25-pin limit. The counter updates in real time as you create or delete pins, so you always know how much room you have left.

Feature Info

A summary of your tier’s capabilities is listed here. If you are on a paid plan, you will see a confirmation of your active features. If you are on the free tier, upgrade prompts link to the pricing page so you can unlock more tools when you are ready.
