How does per-site licensing work?
Each Pro license can be activated on up to 3 WordPress installations. Agency licenses have no site limit. A “site” is a single WordPress install – staging and production on the same domain count as one site.
What happens when my license expires?
The plugin continues to work but you lose access to updates and support. Existing pins and feedback data remain in your database. You can renew at any time to restore update access.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Agency mid-year?
Yes. When you upgrade, you’ll receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on your Pro plan. The difference is charged immediately and your new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date.
Is there a monthly billing option?
Not at launch. All plans are billed annually. This keeps pricing simple and lets us offer lower rates than monthly billing would allow.
